Salesforce Developer
Experience : 4 to 6 years
Must have skills:
3 to 6 years as Salesforce Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform including but not limited to user management, security settings, record types, page layouts, workflow rules, and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions in Salesforce.
• Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Support end-users by providing training, troubleshooting issues, and addressing inquiries related to Salesforce functionality and usage.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, working with Salesforce support when necessary.
• Stay updated with Salesforce updates, features, and best practices, and make recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
• Assist in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of Salesforce apps and third-party integrations.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts to streamline processes and increase efficiency within the Salesforce environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201 or equivalent) is required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus.
• Proven experience (X years) working as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role, handling system configuration, user support, and customization.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including Salesforce Lightning.
• Proficiency in creating custom reports, dashboards, workflows, and process builder etc in Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
